Join us for one of our Micro Retreats that pack the rejuvenating power of a full wellness retreat into one enriching afternoon. Dive into a serene and energising experience with our grounding and fortifying yoga session, immersive sound bath, and a communal dinner designed to nourish your body and foster new friendships.

Again we've chosen the amazing Asylum Chapel as the space for this event. It's one of our favourite spaces, with a unique character. What it lacks in modern conveniences, it more than makes up for in atmosphere. We'll do the usual attention to details such as scent, and the stained glass will take care of the lighting for this one.

We created these afternoons to add some beauty and setting to wellness events. Come see if it elevates your experience. We also felt the opportunity to make new connections should be baked into modern wellness practice, so we encourage easy connections over shared dining. Like everything, our events are evolving as we learn, we encourage you to come learn with us.

Whether it's a new peak position, a deep drop into sound, or a new friendship made over dinner—we're here for it.

For this event, we have:

A vinyasa flow class with Tania Brown. You probably know Tania, everybody knows Tania. She runs the most popular yoga classes we've been to in London. Come find out why there's waiting lists for most of her classes. The Vinyasa style is easily modified so everyone can find their flow.

An immersive sound bath from Ruth Hoey from ReNurture. Ruth uses gongs, bowls, and a multitude of other instruments to fill the space. Ruth's practice is rooted in the healing and communing power of frequencies. Expect a serene and transportive session of sounds.

A plant-based dinner from our amazing friends Family Feasts. Expect salads, vegetables, and all manner of edible pleasures.

Please bring your own mat for the practice. You may also want a blanket for the sound bath but a jumper will do just fine. We have a few mats and plenty of blankets available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This event is BYOB. If you want to bring some wine or a drink to have with the dinner, that's all good, we aren’t going to judge - in fact we may join you. Water and juice will be provided.

Event will start promptly at 4.30 due to the timing of the hall use and the program. Doors will open from 4.20.

Tickets are very limited due to the venue and available through Eventbrite at the link below.
